John Muir has always been one of my hero’s when it came to the conservation of nature and like usual, I recently found his words hitting home. These days I find myself all over the globe. By the end of this year I will have worked in Guatemala, Honduras, Haiti, Chile, Argentina and all over the US. In between those trips I usually find myself in front of a computer either editing photography work or working in my new position with one of my sponsors, F-Stop Gear, as the Community and Events Director. The point is that everyone, myself included, needs to take time to get out into nature and enjoy her peace and beauty.

I released this “Ad” for my photography business last year, but felt that it was time to bring it back out and share.

“Million Leg March” was taken in the cloud forests just outside of Mindo, Ecuador. Cloud Forests are known for their bio diversity, where unlike rain forest, it doesn’t rain very often. The clouds still hold moisture in the air, but not enough to be classified as a Rain Forest. If you ever get the chance, Ecuador is one of the most amazing counties on this planet.
