About Me

Colby is a photographer, photo educator and author based out of Eastern Pennsylvania. Specializing in landscape, travel and wildlife photography, his body of work spans the four corners of the globe and covers all 7 continents. He has been a Sony Ambassador and Sony Artisan since 2015.

He is also the founder of the humanitarian photo organization The Giving Lens, which blends the art form of photography with the focus and purpose of giving back to those in need around the world.



  • The Sand Viper (otherwise known as Cerastes vipera) lives in the deserts of Northern Africa and spends its time hiding in the sand to catch it's prey.   • I would like to introduce one of the most beautiful Tanagers in the world, the Bay-headed Tanager. They can be found in parts of Central and South America and are often found in pairs.
