Excellent Katmai Bear Photography Workshop!!
I recently traveled to Katmai NP in Alaska for a brown bear photography workshop led by Colby. He is an outstanding photographer and videographer, and he freely shared his knowledge and experience with our group. His understanding of bear behavior allowed us to safely position ourselves in close proximity to them without interfering with their need to devour salmon to prepare for hibernation, or with any mother’s need to protect her cubs. His positive attitude is infectious and his organization skills added so much to our enjoyment of the trip. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone interested in taking a photography or other adventure workshop!
