About Me

Colby is a photographer, photo educator and author based out of Eastern Pennsylvania. Specializing in landscape, travel and wildlife photography, his body of work spans the four corners of the globe and covers all 7 continents. 

He is also the founder of the humanitarian photo organization The Giving Lens, which blends the art form of photography with the focus and purpose of giving back to those in need around the world.

  • One of my favorite accessories to use with landscape photography has to be a CPL or Circular Polarizer. In a situation like this, it can cut the light reflecting off the water, allowing you to easily see through the water to the incredible rocks below in the foreground.
